Boots are ankle height with heel height 2 3/4 inches.These are new w/o tags as purchased from Stitch and if you are familiar with Stitch their shoes come in a dust bag that has the tag on them. I don't keep all the dust bags because then I don't know what shoe is in them. Again they are new and as such will be listing as new with tag.
