80's Strapless all black cocktail dress with asymmetrical hem length and Ostrich feathers surrounding bodice. It has a fitted type bodice and a back zipper with a hook. The waist is predominately elastic and is accompanied by a belt made of the same fabric with a rhinestone holder. The hem line is asymmetrical as shown in pics and the bottom pics also show the 2 different lengths from the waist. The fabric is a soft "jersey type" material (as no fabric is listed or is no designer listed anywhere on this dress) and the material flows well. The dress was worn with above pic of shoes (black stilettos with rhinestone across the front can be obtained from my closet also). This dress was purchased by me and only worn once by me to President Reagans' inauguration in 1981 (has lots of memories). The Size is 9/10 and at that time I was 5'3'' and 118 lbs and my bust was 34 and it fit- me perfectly -the fabric has plenty of give to it.Bust = 14.5 inchesWaist =13 inches Longest length of dress =31 inches from waistShortest length of dress = 26 inches from waist
